Client Executive Role Description

You will work directly with customers to build strong relationships across the organization, understand strategic initiatives, and align Ravenswood’s capabilities and expertise to generate and close new services opportunities. You will be responsible for positioning and selling Ravenswood’s professional services as part of the Microsoft ecosystem. To be successful in this position, you will need to effectively prioritize your customers’ short-term needs and balance those with their long-term objectives.

What the Job Entails
- Own the full sales cycle for your customers – from building relationships, prospecting, scoping projects, to deal close
- Engage stakeholders at various levels to understand business initiatives, internal processes, and end goals
- Translate business challenges into structured services engagements
- Drive expansion within existing accounts
- Meet or exceed annual revenue target for professional services engagements sold
- Develop and execute accounts plans for strategic customers, inclusive of identification of whitespace, key sales opportunities for the year, relationship mapping, and understanding of customer priorities
- Understand buying process through management of complex stakeholder environments
- Onboarding of net new logos through existing relationships
- Collaborate with consulting teams to scope and build proposals and SOWs
- Provide accurate forecast of sales opportunities through regular CRM updates
Preferred Background
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record selling professional services to large enterprises
- Ability to work with partner account teams and customer stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Experience with complex sales cycles driving six-to-seven figure opportunities from inception to close
- Comfort being measured on and regularly exceeding quota
Travel
- While this is a remote position, we understand the value of interacting with customers face to face. Not only may this be necessary for specific meetings but can greatly aid building relationships and trust with our customers. We expect that up to 25% travel may be required from month to month.
